What does RPA look like at RSM/what are y’all actually automating?

Working at a boutique transactiona firm. First year did not receive much guidance and made a few errors, one of which could have been a deal but ended up being fine but overall I worked hard, billed hours above target and showed a willingness to learn. Three main partners in the group. I feel like I may have been written off by the one partner, still get a fair amount of work from another and the third has never really given work but has a rep for doing things alone or using seniors. Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. I wish the worst part about it was the amount of work, rather than the completely toxic culture, lack of appreciation, arbitrary and back/breaking deadlines, lack of mentorship/feedback/training, and the fact that the associates act like they don’t even know each other. I cry every day and constantly am made to feel stupid for not understanding the highly technical (cont.)

On my resume, I have listed senior engineer as my title for my time at a company because it was the most recent title when I left, though I had been promoted two months before I left. For a background check, should I put the most recent title or all titles I had at the company (i.e, Sr Data Engineer and Data Engineer, or just the most recent)?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

My fiancé and I (ages 30 and 31) are about to buy a house. We would put down 10% for a 835k purchase price. Our combined income is $265k. We both have around 7-10k left in emergency funds (each) and combined about 200k for retirement. Our mortgage is $4,500 a month and we split a car payment for $800. Is this an okay financial decision or should we have bought a cheaper house/saved more?

My car broke (engine seized, 10y old). I am interested in 530i ($62k price), however 3year lease is $1,000+ monthly (with $5k down). Monthly lesse payment is 50% more than bmw advertised offers (“south FL dealers are not participating in the program”)

Q to car gurus/experts- should I defer purchase/lease for 6 months? My logic, the impending recession will reduce demand and we will go back to more balanced market (lower prices with negotiation).

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.

Help me understand something fundamental about altcoins. For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value? In other words, why is each particular application or idea based on blockchain also something that can be bought and sold by people who are not involved in the project?

Recent new hire here.. is there a way to see your specific level within your rank (e.g. senior 1 vs. senior 2)? Or is this something to ask HR? There wasn’t any indication during the hiring process unless it could be inferred by salary. Thanks!
