On my resume, I have listed senior engineer as my title for my time at a company because it was the most recent title when I left, though I had been promoted two months before I left. For a background check, should I put the most recent title or all titles I had at the company (i.e, Sr Data Engineer and Data Engineer, or just the most recent)?

Partner and I currently have a TC of 250k. Our base is 208K. We have 55k of debt. 5K for a car loan and the remaining 50k in student loans. We have no other debt besides this. We also do not have any children. We were thinking of purchasing a 450k home and using an FHA loan, putting down 4%. Is this a bad idea?
