I'm personally getting inclined towards EY. I have heard of the bad wlb there. I'm fine with some level of effort but not worst wlb as I'm looking for learning and I've not worked with any big names before as well. Or should I ask any company to match highest offer?

INR 15k as WFH allowance

we got a 10% discount voucher for herman miller chairs. (most employees at the firm make less in a month than the average price of the chair). We also were asked to take our paid leaves. no increment and a massive reduction in bonus.
i forgot, free yoga classes on office laptop at 8 am on working days.

We have 50%
1. Office Setup allowance with no limit. It's upto employee to be honest enough and spend as per need. I have brought chair, bluetooth headphone, Table and Monitor costing a total approx 40K.
2. Broadband allowance of 1K a month along with one-time set-up cost of 3.5K.
PwC1 That can be true. Honestly we don't have a good HR team. The talent we have been hiring lately is really poor and they have a really good pay ironically. My reportees are earning more then me!
Work from home and be thankful for it. Show your gratitude by working 12+ hours per day. Also, paid leaves are going to expire if you don’t utilise them within the year.
