Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
