1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. I am targeting ISB next year and by then would probably have a package of ~16-17 LPA.

Some of my reasons for going for an MBA are:

1- To have a tier-1 college brand name (engineer from tier 1-2 college)
2- Using campus placements for getting into product role
3- I know it fits nowhere in the list of a genuine reason, but really want to go back to college life
4- Lastly, getting a jump in salary
