I keep seeing people sharing about side hustles that they turned into a brand or an entire company. I'd love to do this, but I feel like I'd worry about time management and making everything work with two schedules. Has anyone in here successfully scaled their side hustle? Or is anyone trying?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. What do you tell your CEO who wants ROI on PR campaigns?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
