Not sure if the parental leave factor changes this, but ordinarily you’ll stay at your current pay grade and won’t get the bump up. I believe if you’re close enough you can take a half step, but I’m not sure how close you need to be exactly. Then next year if you hit 1900, you’ll catch up to your class level.
No step increase and no bonus. Partial step increase is a possibility if you're close. If you hit hours the next year, you get bumped up 2 steps.
You get a half step increase if you meet 1800 and then can get a 1.5 step increase if you make 1900 the year after. No bonus for 1800.
