What has been you general observation about the recruitment consultants, especially Michael Page ones?

My personal opinion - they appear to be very professional, friendly in the first interaction and say that they would be happy to stay in touch to explore opportunities mutually, but they are the prime examples of what ghosting looks like.

First round phone interview coming up. What should I expect?

I broke my foot a few weeks ago and sitting at my desk in a cast is incredibly uncomfortable still. But, the work I do can’t really be done from the couch as there is too much paperwork involved that I prefer to physically spread out. I am a true solo. So, I am my only accountability. I’m usually pretty good about getting going, but I’m stalled out. Send me some tough love to get me going today.

My only limitation are the need to sustain a life and time

Hey guys, how much will be the salary range for a Environmental Engineer with less than 5 years experience.

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.
