What i understand in ISPL bonus can vary on 2 factors (I maybe wrong tho)

1. If your business is outsise India, and your colleagues are sitting elsewhere too (like mix kind of teams). Then in this case your bonus will be 2-3 months even with 4 rating

2. If the business is offshored to ISPL, and ISPL is earning from other regions, then it totally depends on how much the Ispl unit you are working under is earning and also on your rating which can cary from 1 to 2 months.

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then.
