Discuss your problem with manager or lead. It is not like the whole organization is clueless, someone must have worked on it and would be able to help you on this.

It would be better to inform the leads before hand in a positive manner like you can say that if possible please explain me what needs to be done and I will do that....in most cases your lead would explain it to you and you can get going.
Don't stress over it.

So should I join the company or wait more and get better offers from better companies.
