It would be better to inform the leads before hand in a positive manner like you can say that if possible please explain me what needs to be done and I will do that....in most cases your lead would explain it to you and you can get going.

I think cognizant has the worst HRs, like i dropped an email a couple of weeks ago to re-negotiate my offer but they didn't care to respond. Hello, I got a call from Marsh Mclennan for Finance and Accounting role. I just want to know how the work culture and work-life balance at M&M. HR said they will be offering a 30 to 35 percent hike on current CTC and Assistant Manager Designation. Is it good as compared to Accenture for Finance roles as I'm currently working in a Non-Finance role and eagerly looking for a switch into Finance Background.

Off Topic-
After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.

So should I join the company or wait more and get better offers from better companies.
Considering the current recession scenario in mind.
Please suggest.
