Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Are you applying to the same kind of teams or are you transitioning to another kind of team. Similarly are you trying to punch up - move from Deloitte to a more prestigious organization (MBB, AMC, AT Kearney) .. in that case it’s natural for interviews to be more rigorous. The only thing that has worked for me is to pre-empt questions and practice on them.
Exactly.
Practice questions thoroughly, it's the key to clear interviews for small, medium as well as big dream companies like Google and Microsoft

From my experience, we are exposed to a subset of product/ tech features/ fundamentals which become second nature through repeated application. Interviews are like exams and the syllabi are much wider. I would suggest you to revise what’s omitted from your client scope. Another thing which matters is to project yourself as per the role - Different roles require varied traits. Finally, I cannot stress how important communication is. You’d think this is an obvious statement, but I’ve seen a few worthy people getting rejected simply because they couldn’t modulate their tone or pronounce words properly. I’m not sure if that’s the case with you, but even during technical rounds, there are scenario based questions where I wouldn’t mind the interviewee thinking out loud and trying to enunciate their thought patterns. Good luck!
Take at least 15 days to brush up your technical knowledge and then start applying. You can’t predict what kind of questions can come from the technical interviewers.
