BT offer is: 13 LPA Fixed (employer PF exclud.) + 1.30 lac Joining bonus
Ostrra offer is: 14LPA Fixed (employer PF includ.) + 50 k Joining bonus

BT Tech: SQL + Tableau
Ostrra Tech: SQL + Power BI + Python (myb object oriented programming)

YOE is 5+ yr
