What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

Cogno AI Hey fishes, One of my friends, got offer in cognizant. She have an epfo account with inactive UAN and she changed her name in aadhar recently and this epfo account has the past name. So she raised request for name change 2 months ago and still it's processing. And now cognizant asking the acknowledgement of changed name which the previous company cannot provide for obvious reasons. Will it affect the doj? Or anyone had this kind of problem before? I did the same.
I called my HR and told I had other offer and revise my current offer to join CTS
He asked me to drop a mail, with other offer letter.
Within 30min, I got call from HR about new compensation and within an hour I got revised offer letter.
I have been through the same, HR shared the offer, but then there was no communication from his side. Neither replied to any of my email or calls for 2 weeks (I stopped calling after that).
At most times his call was busy and switched off! Although his offer was not good enough for me to accept it. But atleast he could have come back for negotiation or further communication.
I emailed cognizant on their careers email, there too, no one cared to respond.
Pathetic experience with Cognizant HRs.

I Interviewed and selected and they told me to submit the docs and i submitted and after that two weeks i dropped multiple mails that my LWD was there after two week but noone contacted with me and when my LWD was then one day before they called me to HR discussion and said we do process further.
Even they were not sure that they will be doing bgv successful or not and i knew that cognizant carelessness in BGV also that's why dropping mails to do process but they didn't care.
Better not to join Cognizant. And you can see recent news wherein other companies are trying to reduce attrition and they are doing somehow but Cognizant voluntarily attrition rate again reached 31% highest in April quarter.
Now you can think that you should join or not.
In offer letter it's written of u don't join after signing offer company reserves right to not consider for further carrer opportunities
After 20-25 mails they started my bgv on last day.
Same case with me..they.are least bothered
