Look for a form check checklist (10-K or proxy) on your internal system. There should be one you can use to go through and check the rules. Make sure to pay attention to the type of filer (small reporting company / emerging growth, or not). As the requirements for filing differ if you are an SRC OR EGC.
Interesting. Thanks for the replies guys. Not working on a filing. Purchase agreement (M&A). I assumed it meant terms, section references, general editing, etc. Think it has a more particular meaning in this context?
