You are at EY…
$20,000,000/year
Coach
Depends on how you map in from a tenure perspective. DAPs make more than homegrown PPs as EY pays premiums for the promise of what the DAP will bring.
Wrong. The only correct answer is $20M. Stop trying to convince people that experience and productivity and tenure and potential is what is being evaluated and that there is some kind of range based on said factors.
I jest, obviously. Tbh, I’m not even sure if OP’s question is real. How isn’t P2’s answer obvious to everyone?
0-5m.

I know for a fact I was being paid less than DAPs as a high performer and was one of the reasons I decided to leave the firm. Go get the bag somewhere else - firms will pay more for external talent!
I know two people who joined EY in the last 3 years and one is at 1.1M and the other at 1.4M. Assuming the information was they shared with me is truthful.
