I gave up social media in the first six months on the job, it was just too much drama. You are probably not at the end of your career but if possible maybe you could consider switching companies. A lot of times it's the pressure coming from above that makes a job miserable for the employees, so it's worth a look.
Hey I get you, burnout is pretty common and it can happen to anyone. And if you do feel like maybe you should stop pursing this then there really is no shame in finding something else that can make you feel happy. Your sanity is worth a lot
I've been there, and though it might not be the best option for you, the only thing that gave me relief was quitting. I switched to working as a freelance content writer for awhile and am so happy I made the choice. After a couple of years, I was excited about the industry again and just started in another community manager role last week.
