Anyone working as Patient Recruitment Assistant?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

There's obviously a ton of variety across these industries and companies, not to mention location and your particular years of experience. But in general I think you're looking at 100k-150k, with life sciences maybe paying more. If you're looking for max compensation I'd look into life sciences companies.

Big range, maybe 150-250?
I would ask for no less than 125k for that role. Also depends on where you are located because cost of living does have to be factored into that as well.
