Is it as per the market standards?

I live alone and work for myself. Having horrible productivity issues right now. Its a cycle of procrastination and shame. Horrible mindset to have while trying to “create”. Working out hasn’t helped

What is your favorite Caribbean destination for a group trip (all adults, 3-4 couples)? My husband & I usually do an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica or a beachfront condo in St. Martin, but we’d love to go somewhere new. I think renting a beach house with a pool makes the most sense, but I have no clue where to look. Our priorities are great food & drinks and beautiful scenery.

Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?
