Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

Hybrid, any 3 days a week from office. Don't join axtria, not a great place to work .
You can die , be sick - anything . But need to be compliant .
The problem is that axtria doesn't even consider genuine cases like someone's mother is not well and he/she is asking for wfh for 2-3 weeks and hr and management will be like if you take wfh you will become non compliant and we can't do anything. So it means even if your mom is sick, it's your brother's marriage you have to either take a complete leave for the said time period or if you take wfh you will become non complaint and then forget the hike by yr end. No matter how much they will make you work, the hike will be disastrous. You cannot be nominated for quarterly/ yearly awards. So people think 10 times before joining this organisation, because management and hr policies here are pathetic.
Awards moslty are never fair, if you are in good terms with your manager, you win it. Compliance is just an excuse. If they really want to appreciate then they should must see the work.
Please dont join axtria.. They are very stringent with policies and no work life balance.
For wfo 3 days min 6 hrs very strictly followed .
They don't have any exceptinlons for genuine cases also.
What about ZS, heard that you have to come to office daily?

3 days WFO per week with min 6hrs in office for it to count as a WFO day
3 days from office every week has to be done at any cost, in case you are non compliant then forget the hike. This is the present situation. But I am assuming by yr end they might start 5 day working from office as well.
