What is wrong with the market right now??

The interview is still the same with 3-4 technical rounds with 1or2 coding rounds. Last minute they change the designation to lower.

Even with 7YoE, they treat me like a junior engineer as if this is the first interview i am giving. They question my ability, in one interview i was asked how would you ramp up the gap that you don't remember these 1 liner definitions even though you were able to explain fully working project.
