Hi fishes, My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

Glassdoor glassdoor glassdoor read every detailed review, not just the score which gets skewed by management reporting themselves.
Cold network with people on LinkedIn to ask about their transparent experience working there in the most genuine way possible explaining what youre trying to avoid and previous experiences.
Best of luck!
Also, the above being said, you never know until you're in it and have worked with these people. The glassdoor cold calling helps a lot, and you can use AI tools like crystal knows to get an insight into their personalities via linkedin.
Just because you ask the questions doesn’t mean you’ll get an honest response.
Don’t use questions, read cons in Glassdoor reviews, and talk to current/former employees via networking.

I have been working here in India and trust me, Indian co workers are just so damn toxic, especially the seniors. These things sound like a dream to me 😞 I left 3 jobs already due to terrible co workers and also in my current one, the senior (again a female) is one of the worst co workers I have worked with so far
