Accenture Hello, I need some assistance from anyone here working in Accenture. I had worked in 2019. However I had to leave the firm due to medical issues before my probationary period. There was Full and final settlement to be done to the firm to receive my Relieving letter. Due to certain medical reasons I had not done the final settlement during my exit period. Whether it's possible to make the settlement now & receive relieving letter. This is very much needed for me, please can anyone help
Is this true ?

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Ditch. Do what’s best for you.
When I was in undergrad I accepted the only job offer I had which was at one of those big Indian contracting tech companies. A few weeks later I interviewed for a local tech role that paid way better, and didn’t require me to relocate. It was the best decision of my life.
I reneged on the original job acceptance and took the other job. There have been 0 consequences for me. Just make sure you don’t ghost original job. Tell them circumstances have changed and you had to make a decision.
In the end your situation should trump the feelings of any company.
I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding your post, but it sounds like you received an offer from one team at a company and now another team at the same company is reaching out? If that's the case, I'd pause before trying to leave. If it's the same company and two different teams, that's going to look really bad unless to talk to your supervisor directly.
If you don't like it, leave - like you said, you're young! you have plenty of time to try new places and experiment. Don't stick to things that aren't serving you!
I would leave. You have to do what is best for you.
