Hi all! I’m looking to connect with folks who either work at Coinbase or have interviewed recently for the Business Operations and Strategy Manager or similar role. I am looking to schedule my first interview which I believe is a consulting style case. So any details you can provide, I am all ears. The next interview will be a presentation. Again if you have any experience/advice on this, I’m ready to listen.
Thanks in advance! Help me escape Deloitte pleaseeee. I want this job sooo much!

I have ceramic pots that have lasted 20+ years outdoors and look like new. Also have wood barrels that have lasted 20+ but don’t look new anymore. My unfinished terracotta pots are in pretty rough shape after 10 years.
I have some that are really big with dwarf citrus growing in them. Got those at a nursery.
I have some terracotta ones in various sizes and they've held up very well. If they start to look pretty bad you can sometimes make a real difference by cleaning them with vinegar. I have some nice glazed ones I bought on sale many years ago and they're still looking good, I typically put showy plants in those. I do have some plastic ones that don't look so good after a few years, but I use them for backyard projects and they don't really get seen by anyone but me.
I usually get ceramic pots as well and it really depends on where i can find one's I like that aren't an arm and a leg. I have gotten several at Home goods and even a few at Home Depot. If you can get them at the end of the summer you can usually find some good ones on sale.
