I think the hardest month in the school year is April. The reason it is tough for me is because Spring Break is over, we're gearing up for state testing, the kids start shutting down, and all the end of the year activities start happening.

Probably late March/April. It gets really hot here in Texas and the kids start getting really rowdy because of it, especially when the AC inevitably stops working. It's a nightmare.

Capital one offer extended & accepted. Background check is complete and marked as “eligible” by the background check company. It was delivered to Cap1 2 days ago. Shouldn’t I have heard back by now? I’m waiting to get info on my start date and equipment etc. Should I reach out?

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

My friend’s parent’s jewelry store has a Bluesy (ref 16613) in “like new” condition + box from 2008 for 10k. I had been contemplating buying a Rolex, but wasn’t super set on it. Is this a solid deal? Chrono24 seems to have couple years older ones for around 8-10k in very good/with papers, so not sure if I should keep shopping around
