What resources do you use when trying to familiarize yourself with industry salary trends for your role, experience level, and location? I have an interview lined up for next Monday and I need this job more than I've needed any other job.. so I want to make sure I'm going in with accurate information when I negotiate the salary. Currently, the offering is pretty low, but I feel confident I can bring it up to the number that I'm comfortable with.

Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I’m interviewing with a startup and the range has a 40k difference from the lowest to highest point. It’s also pre-seed and comes with equity, and health, 401k benefits. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary.
