Can someone help me understand why testers are getting paid less than developers. As per my experience testing is difficult too and we need different approaches to test different things. And along with testing the given requirements tester has to find the requirement gaps and If something code can't handle then tester has to find some work around too. After doing all of this and successfully deploying it into the production. Why they are still getting paid less than developers??
