What shoes do you wear to the office? I feel like my flats are not professional nor cute enough, but all my other professional shoes are 4 inch stiletto heels that I reserve for networking events, etc. most of the attorneys in my office are men, so I don’t have any real inspo around me either.

I saw that a client is posting a job for which I would be a perfect fit. They are essentially looking to add someone to their in-house that does what we do in the firm for them. Is it risky for me to apply? Or is it not that big of a deal?

Basically, since ad school I've stuck with the tried and true format of Insight (1 line on a slide), Idea (1-2 slides w/ a line+key visual), How It Works (executions, etc), and that seems to be the format that a lot of agencies use.
Obviously, this will always vary by agency and project, I'm just curious about the broader structuring rather than getting into the nitty-gritty details.
