I’ve got 3 years firm experience + 8 years in house and I’m at 265 base, 70k target bonus. No equity. Good benefits.

$~250-300k base, plus bonus (20+%), and ideally equity. Thats what I’d expect at least. I suspect it varies across industry.

I took a very similar DGC role right out of big law - 10ish years, small team but very large company - at $275k + 25% target cash bonus and a second long term incentive bonus that vests over 3 years. This was far and away the highest comp offer I received while looking.
