What is your biggest dream?
Hello, I'm looking at a position within Paypal. My question, what is the work life balance, expectation for office (hybrid/remote/other) and is the pay comparable to other companies? Reviewing Director and Senior Director roles on the business side. I have over 15 years experience with multiple degrees. TIA!

@OP: To depart at MCO, you must clear TSA prior to getting on the tram. It has been this way for 10-ish years +, I believe.
Also, they are re-doing the trams. And, every trip since this past Christmas, one of the two trams has been out of service.
Welcome to the city beautiful. 🙃
Right, you clear TSA prior to boarding tram. But for arriving passengers, you leave the "TSA secured area" before you get on the tram. Now they have security guards making sure the team is empty before they let people board. Really strange. But oh well, I'm just here to golf!
@Op: The security guards are a new touch. I was just there two weekends ago and they didn't have those.
Enjoy the golf. My friend says it is crazy hot already and rain expected every day, somewhere in Central Florida, sometime.
He security guards also don't do that all the time. My Monday morning 6am flights doesn't have them. But when I return Thursday evening they are there.
MCO is a nightmare, least favorite airport personally
I like MCO ... looks dated but my flights for the most part are always on time and I tend to get through security faster than at say LGA, ATL, or Chicago. As for the tram, it's an improvement initiative to update them.
