We have higher salaries for our Analyst through Consultant levels, but the lower raises when you get to Manager, is where other firms start to pass us in comp. i.e. A manager / Sr Manager / Partner at a Big 4 will likely get paid more than their ACN counterparts.
How about we just post our base pay by level. This is for ACN Strategy NA: Analyst 1 - $75K, Analyst 2 - $85K, Consultant 1- $100K, Consultant 2- $110K, Consultant 3 (MBA Entry PT) - $145K, Consultant 4- ?, Manager 1 - $160K, M2 or above I have no idea... Also you can skip levels at the C and M level
Your gathering skills are questionable
You gathered incorrectly. Sad!
Can confirm. Moved from D to ACN at the consultant level and went from 84 to 105
Pwc isnt even anywhere comparable. Probably the lowest paying out of big4/Accenture
Woah @A1 I started at 84 out of college. Good switch
ATK is on par with MBB give or take a few k
ACN Strategy - Everyone knows our fixed pay bands...
Debatable .. experienced hire consultants start off at 105k at D and this was 3 years ago.
So, so wrong
@a1 105k isnt bad. Thinking about targeting 115k . 3rd round interview coming up in MC
A4 that's awful, why don't you leave?
@p1 I've worked there. @a2 what practice? 84 out of college is unheard of!
OP uh you work here? I hope you're a first year because otherwise your lack of common sense/awareness is alarming lol
A4 - sounds like your previous firm underpaid you? If you're in strat report a comp a grievance
TC, CMT, SF
Cloud First Applications. I'm working on it. Honestly a little done with consulting
@a2 I thought tech consulting paid the least and c&m paid the most at Accenture?
Yeah. Kinda tired of consulting around technology my company doesn't own.
ACN pays well at the junior levels, but it tapers off around the manager jump.
