Read the study book cover to cover with a highlighter once. Then sit and do practice questions until your eyes bleed. You’ll pass no problem. Good luck!

It was a very hard exam for me. What company are you using to study? Read the book and do a bunch a practice exams . I had to originally use pass perfect and they were terrible . I then purchased STC 2 weeks before the exam and I passed with a 76.

like

Kaplan for content then take all the questions but make sure you aren’t memorizing. Kaplan have very specific questions that won’t be on the test but it forces you to know everything.

Use the STC questions for practice tests they are most like the actual exam.

Hello! I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager at a 300 FTE sized gov contractor with 2 recruiters under me. One of my recruiters and I are both having babies in August and will be out for 12 weeks. She’s only coming back part time. My leadership already said no to hiring another full time recruiter. Has anyone had any good experience with contract recruiters? Or any advice for a short term solution?
