I already am a CFP, now thinking about getting the RICP. Who has it? What's the study time required?

I have an RICP. When I took it with the American College, it was three self study classes. Each class had one 4 hour review. Then take the test. So, if its still set up that way, make sure you are available for the review. Probably 10-20 hrs prep before - on your own schedule. It wasn't too bad.

I've been doing this for nearly 12 years.....WTF is RICP? just make more calls

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

I'm really feeling afraid about joining since I see max people leave after 2-3 years.

I want to work for 6-7 years at least. Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.

I'm just curious since I've seen people working for 20 years in TCS, but I don't know how it is in PWC.

Any help will be appreciated

I used to be a big fan of Jetblue(nyc based), but lately I feel like the airline is just as bad as the low cost ones. Old aircrafts, canceled and delayed flights. I can see why it’s important for JetBlue to have this merger for their relevance in this field.
