Loop boards through Teams is a light version of Jira that i use if i'm feeling extra organized, otherwise just have a list in my Teams chat with myself and manually order them by priority
Someone on my team just started using Loop. I’ve been kind of hesitant to use it but may give it a try.
I use word and I include sub-headers for small notes throughout the day that I can roll up. I have a running to do list that I color code for priority of things that need to get done today, things I am waiting on something else to get done, and lower priority tasks. I keep it on my onedrive and save a new copy every morning so I have a running list for each day and I can go back and reference what I did when. OneNote probably works just as well, but this method works for me
That’s pretty much how I organize my one note, but maybe a little less organized. I’ll also sort out by day. If it’s Monday and there’s something in my list I don’t have to worry about until Friday, I’ll just move it down there. Its worked well!
Very basic, simple to-do list in notion
It seems like that’s pretty effective. Sometimes simple and old fashioned works.

Very simple bullets in one note for me!
I also keep a to do list on one note because I have done that for years. Its become second nature at that point and I do find it to be effective.
That’s kind of where I’m at too.
