Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Handicap parking violations
I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any form of reckless driving which could put children at risk. I have personally witnessed a few foolish drivers who have made dangerous decisions with their kids in tow, and I have no sympathy for their actions. I believe that such irresponsible behavior should not be tolerated, and I hope that people will be held accountable for any violations they may make.
Anything that harms the weak: kids, animals, elderly people, people with disabilities. Recently got a call about a dog locked in a van (no windows cracked) on an 80 degree day. Made me so upset
