I am an associate working at a well respected firm in the incident response realm and nearly all of our work comes through insurance carriers. Or in calls with other people, she won’t take responsibility for things that she told me to do that the other person calls out as wrong. I considered recruiting but I’m jaded based on my interactions with most.
