30 now. I was working, dating, travelling . I wish I understood the importance of budgeting then. I also wish I’d continued my exercise routine consistently. Doing all that now but feel like I’m spending a bit of time undoing to bad mistakes then will take off again, this time better equipped. I’d also say date seriously and don’t waste time on relationships that do not serve you!

I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. I haven’t had much work on my plate even after asking many times for more than six months. I’m ready to move to a larger law firm. However, I am concerned how I’ll manage the workload as a mom to a toddler. The good thing about my firm is that they’re flexible with hours. Anyone have experience balancing?

I moved to Philly from Chicago burbs for my current job in 2017. Love working for this company. They believe in employee growth and put in their time effort and money behind their current employees. 2020 has been though, I still have my job but have never missed my family this much. Since we’ve been working from home, I’ve stayed with family for couple of months. Now I don’t feel like living away from them. Just confused between family and career. Any advice?

I recently took a job with a top tier investment manager, which is a step up in title and responsibilities. I went through the typical “notice” conversations with my current employer. My boss, who was a significant supporter and mentor of me during my time at my current firm, told me that he doesn’t think my new firm is “long term” for me. Anyone ever get something like this before? It threw me off because I was hoping for his support, understanding that it’s tough for him temporarily
