I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

From the Job stability and culture pov Yes.
Freshers are getting 7 to 8 lpa in tcs if they start as digital.
Even if you have 2 years of experience then atleast ask for 10 lpa. Tcs is giving 10 to 12 lpa to 2 yr exp person based on the interview.
Also if possible don't join tcs in early stage of your career. It's your time to learn and grow so better look for other companies where you can learn more. All the best.

What is your long term plan and financial needs, if you in FOMO you'll not satisfied anywhere, if you have financial dependency in coming years then don't join tcs and look for other good offers.
If you are ok with your finances now and I'm coming years then join tcs. Except yourbpay every experience will be great in here. So decide financial needs vs stability.

I used to get. 40k Monthly and 51k quarterly with 6.2 lpa. You can expect 37-38k per month

seems to be a TCS offer.... Give a second thought to join at early stages of career.... I already suffered.
Don't join TCS they don't give hike. Hike percentage is very less. Try to find other better company

I have a similar offer from TCS. With 3 yrs exp they are only giving 44% hike on my current salary. And moreover, the base salary that TCS is offering is even lower than my current base salary. Is it even worth joining this company?
