Honestly, I just stopped trying to impress the interviewer and just starting talking about what I was genuinely interested in. I know this sounds incredibly vague, but interviewers can usually tell when you’re responding with what you think they want to hear. Once I got better at that I started getting more offers
I had about 50 interviews before landing one job after bachelor degree. What helped: internship exp, be comfortable with interviews in general
in a similar boat! graduating in Spring this year, and no interviews yet!
good luck in your journey!
Good luck to all new graduates looking for jobs! It was tough, i graduated May of 2020 and job hunting was def anxiety inducing. I’m glad I tracked every placed I applied to, I heed feedbacks from recruiters when I get rejected and see how I can make it better next time. Try to widen your search either by remote work or relocation if you’re open to it. What I would wish I’ve done was negotiate my salary, i was so thrilled and accepted the first good job offer that came my way lol rookie mistake.
It took me a bit. I had tons of interviews and not many offers. I would suggest getting a direct referral if you can!
