Thinking about taking a role in State Government. The role would sit in the agency’s newly established strategy office. It’s pretty much consulting without sales goals and business development. Less pay (still 6 figures) but waaaay less stress. I have 9 YOE.

Is anyone here a PMP? I want to set goals for myself and maybe become a PMP but I’m not sure if it’s the right step and what it would entail. Any help and insight to being a PMP would be great

Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.
