Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. Hello, I'm hearing product management is the space to be if you want to see a considerable bump in pay. What is the path forward to reach that role?
