However, I have resigned from Genpact on August 2022 so what would be the Gap duration boundaries for rejoin or duration of rejoin for exemployees?Genpact

I've gotten $100/hour + 1.5x overtime - as Account Supervisor level in NYC in 2017. Direct from agency, no third party recruiter. Was cold contacted by the agency internal recruiter. Paid as w2 employees through payroll
I think we do $140 an hour for freelance ADs, but typically it’s more like $5k week.
what about at the VP, account level in healthcare advertising? Is $150-$170 reasonable?
For a contract role, a recruiter would take a candidate’s annual salary and chop in 1/2. For example, 160k = 80/hour

Sorry - that should say rate calculator tools online. It’s not an exact science, but there’s costs to consider that you may not have full-time.
In the Chicago market, it’s $85-$90 per hour.
Depending on the length of the engagement... I’ve gotten $900-$1400
AD1 - I’m assuming that’s total for the project, yeah? What would you say it was hourly? Or how long were those projects?
There’s a ton of factors. Level of experience, is it a short term engagement or long term contract? If it’s short, well defined project, I’ll do a flat project fee. Long contract, I would look at the tools online. Also, you’ll reduce your hourly if it’s weekly/long term. That’s the price of security. Some places also ask for exclusivity. Lots to think about.
