Also cognizant was my ex company from which I started my career

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Saw someone asking about high-rise apartments in Mott Haven earlier. Just moved into a new apartment building here and honestly it’s not as bad as I thought. New buildings are safe and pretty spacious (relatively speaking). Downside is not really much to do around this area and food delivery is not great. Hope this is helpful for any one who is looking at this area.

Visiting New York next week and have a reservation at the sushi counter for lunch at Nakasawa. How rude will it be if I started working at the counter? I’m doing everything in my power to close a deal the day before but it ain’t looking good…
Normally, I wouldn’t have issues working in a restaurant, but I feel like in this setting it may be really disrespectful the chef.
And yes, I only want to eat at the sushi counter for a full omakase experience.
