Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

The one thing I know 8 don't have in common with my ci workers is that comradary, they have a connection from the start because whoever started the non profit is stretegically placing their worker in positions to keep the new person from knowing what's going on and seeing with the company, the new person is never gonna grow with the company unless they were hired from a shelter, then they were not getting paid much to begin with so one dollar won't even count , but the new employees that are coming in with degrees and being treated like sh- t so they can get pushed out , this is when the company uses their degree to get more grants and place there people in the position that the new person would of had, this goes on constantly in non profits...but because the majority of us don't know what to do, we get kicked out and the cycle continues.....we are not able to pay for student loans because we are being circulated back and fourth to different companies with the said stretegic policy.
