People think we have a lot more control within the company than we actually do. There is a lot I don't like about the way we do hiring, and the way we treat our employees. No amount of bringing this up to upper management has ever made a difference. We are doing the best we can within the scope of our role.

Alot of people misunderstand the process of hiring that even though HR may need help, there is still a hiring process (step by step) process and guidelines that must be followed before they can even call someone.

Any downside to buying a 1bed 170k starter house instead of paying 1.5k in rent for a couple of years? Living with parents and thinking of getting a new place post covid.

I'm able to buy the house all cash or at least 50% down (credit is low) and assuming closing costs are not that big a deal at this price point. If my math is correct then buying comes out to be better in this situation but I've never owned any RE before so wondering what else I might be missing.

My students come to my class first every morning and are really hard to settle. They continue to carry on whatever they were doing on the bus. It takes about 20 min to get them settled down and doing the warm up and the class is only 45 min. Any tips?

Hello fishes,
Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.
