What’s the avg yearly hike at Evernorth? I see no answers to this question in any of the previous posts as well. Is it bad? Can someone please reply as this plays a major role in career growth within the company

What?? 3-4% yearly hike? Even TCS gives better hikes than this. Is this for real?

like

You may need to compare the average pay scale per role.. if a role in evernorth has high CTC then 3-4% hike will be same as less CTC with 15-20% hike in TCS

I agree to your point incase of low CTC its 👎

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

How do you handle the next day after being up until 4am the night before on a deal? My other deal teams don’t know I was up so late, but obviously I’m going to be much slower in the morning. It sounds whiny to say “sorry for the delay I was up all night” when everyone else is also so busy...

Hi,

Have anybody joined PWC India not AC in their SAP Practice? Have their offer but in dilemma after seeing the bad reviews especially work life balance there.

I keep hearing that Booth’s MBA program is rigorous (maybe the most rigorous out of M7). That said, how much more work are students expected to do compared to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, etc.? I don’t know if this is an outdated opinion, considering a lot of MBAs are very demanding. Booth is personally my top choice for having a flexible curriculum & 2-3 days of classes. But I really want to know what to expect around the “rigorous” label. Does it mean I’ll be buried in coursework the other 2-3 days?
