Notice period is 3 months. Have seen it become more than that if you take leaves in notice period. Red Flags: Not technical managers, 'Yes boss' culture and variable pay is only 90% for most cases, HR decides the hike so there is constant pressure to be seen as a good employees in the eyes of HR and contribution to the project comes secondary. Hike is also 5-10%. Had compulsory hybrid work model since September last year. No compensation for set up of equipments etc at home.
