What’s the best practice area or type of employer for an introvert? The constant communication of meetings and emails just wears me out. I’m in internal investigations/white collar now and I actually think it’s pretty good for introverts as a junior but less so as a senior. Is government or in-house any better?

In-house, perhaps, if a specialist on a large in-house team. Much of my time is emails and meetings (small team, generalist). I think I’m an introvert though?

My impression of in-house is that it’s much more meeting/email heavy than at a law firm but obviously you wouldn’t be going to court or anything which is a plus for me.

Corporate.

Maybe not less emails but certainly less meetings. At least for me

Hello guys! I work as a Campus Tech, I deal with 1200 kids for a Charter K-8th grade and 100 staff. I love working with a school district due to the amount of time we have off during school and summer off. But I’m debating on the pay I feel as I’m under pay for the amount of work that I do, troubleshooting Chromebook’s, laptops, printers, & projects…anything that plugs into the wall I cover. Does anyone else work with school district doing IT work for. My end goal is getting to an ISD school

Junior Associates - How much student loan debt are you and your peers in these days? A few young partners and counsel at my firm were discussing the student loan moratorium and most of us were convinced we could have paid the majority of our loans off with the bonuses associates got these last two years. But we are all old and when we graduated 150k to 200k was about the max student loan debt people graduated with. So educate me. What is the average student loan debt these days?

I understand this might sound a little snobby but I'm not trying for it to come off that way. I've been around impressive people throughout my adult life.
