Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Maybe
Maybe, maybe not. Just present the offer and see what they say. Would you prefer to stay if comp was matched? I know when I had an outside offer for $45k more I didn't bother showing my offer because my mind was set on leaving. Even though the partner asked me what it would take to keep me...
SA1 and TS1, as long as you are upfront with your mortgage broker about the upcoming change in employment, it likely will have no impact on your loan terms or ability to get a loan. Your realtor just doesn’t want to deal with a hassle.
As long as you provide a signed offer letter that shows a start date/salary that is equivalent or higher than your current and documentation of your notice to your current employer with the last day of employment you should be fine. Not super ideal from a mortgage processing/underwriting perspective - but 9/10 they just want to see you’re not going to be unemployed for a period greater than a few weeks.
Maybe. But most likely they won’t come xlose
