What's the career level/Bands in HCl for a 13 yr exp guy?

I recently had an HR discussion and I wanted to understand what I can expect/demand in my next discussion.

Also my current CTC is 22.5 lacs and they said the max they can go for is 28 lpa, is that normal for an Ansible developer profile?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

Hi there. Myself and a photographer are joining forces to build a creative “agency”. We’re having some trouble figuring out how to give pricing and packages in a way that helps clients understand what they’re getting on design/photography side and how we came to our estimate. We don’t want to give much leeway for them to pick and choose what tasks or functions we can “do without” if there is a need to negotiate but also want to remain transparent about the breakdown of cost.
