I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

There's nothing like that. Before switching to Accenture, I had parallel offers from EY, Deloitte and PWC AC (obviously Accenture offered the highest and the best project).
From personal experience, it almost always depends on the interviewer, on how knowledgeable he/she's in the corresponding tech stack.
For me PWC AC interview was the toughest, in the sense that it lasted for almost 1.5 hrs! They asked me about almost everything under the sun. I was mentally exhausted by the time, it was over.
YoE: 9
Skillset: ABAP/UI5
Accenture has good SAP projects. I was there for 4.8 yrs
Implementation projects are all about luck..If you are unlucky you will get bad projects even in Big4..
I haven't got chance to work in Implementation project yet.
Deloitte works for support projects. They have a new service arm in place that only deals with AMS/Support projects. The work in such projects is top notch and upto the mark.
In short, they are and have already extensively hired for such projects since last year.
Yeah that's correct and I' have 4YOE. Last year it was 3, i gave the same reason that I didn't get chance but willing to work..I guess it was a bad luck as my interviewer was expecting alot from me.
But yeah I get it.
My only point was to know if USI interviews are also like this because in many LinkedIn posts I have seen for Deloitte India they already mention certification required or Implementation experience required.
This isn't the case with USI they don't mention these pre requisites .. so just wanted to know if USI interviews are easier or the same.
Deloitte USI is way dar better than India in every damn thing that you can think of. The quality of interview though remains same. Deloitte usually looks for your personality rather than skill, how you can adapt to high stress environments and other stuff. But it again depends on the interviewer. Just try for it!
Yeah that's what I have heard of. I'm not concerned about the persona part but I couldn't make it to the technical interview because the interviewer was expecting me to be well versed with everything and was looking to lead implementation project for Hana.
so is that the case with USI too ? I have heard for Deloitte India ,they
only deal with Implementation projects and they usually look for certified candidates.
Is that the case with USI too?
